Define what success and happiness looks like for you personally. If you don’t know what that plan looks like for you, it’s time to dig deep and do some self exploration. Don’t base success on what society says your income should be. Don’t base success purely on a yearly work review or your social media interactions. You set the expectations of your success. If you think being successful, is making it through a day of work, then that is great! Take the time to know who you are. Don’t go through life looking for others to validate and shape you.
